Project Management

Cynthia Ruby and Associates supports a wide range of projects including new office development, remodeling of existing spaces, and domestic and international field offices. In collaboration with the project team, we develop budgets for estimated and actual costs, bid out project requirements, and facilitate budgetary approval with the client's finance team. We coordinate the full project team including the client, architects and designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective completion of the project. At the time of construction completion, we oversee the installation of furniture and equipment, coordinate the employee move, and manage hand over of the old space.
