Project Management

Cynthia Ruby and Associates, inc. provides project management services

to support corporate growth and retraction requirements. Our project

management servicesrange from tennant improvements and upgrades

to building closures and asset removal.

We work closely with our clients to determine the work required to complete

the projects identified. We work with our clients and vendors to develope

detailed budgets, schedules and plans for our projects.

Once the budget and schedule is completed and approved, we move

forward to accomplish our goals.
