Facility Planning

Cynthia Ruby and Associates works with client groups including HR, IT, Finance and end users to identify requirements to support either growth or contraction. We refine the requirements and review headcounts, utilization studies and space allocations to develop a strategic plan to support our client's business model. After obtaining project team approval, we present our findings to the executive team. After receiving executive approval, we create a step-by-step tactical plan to accomplish the goals of the strategic plan. We also review potential project impacts and production impacts in order to minimize down time for client operations.
